PicToSize Support
Email support@pictosize.com. Tell us your iPhone or iPad model, the iOS version, and the rules you entered (for example "10–20 KB, JPEG, 140 × 60 px"). Please do not send personal photos unless we ask.
The app says the limit cannot be met
The photo has too much detail for that size at those pixels. Try one of these:
- Choose "Fit within" smaller dimensions, or Compress → Target size, which can reduce the pixels.
- Use JPEG instead of PNG. PNG files are much larger.
- Crop closer to what matters.
The form says my file is too small
Enter the form's minimum in the Minimum field. PicToSize then adds blank filler data to reach it. The picture does not change.
Are the form presets official?
They are starting rules copied from each organisation's own published page, with the date we checked it. PicToSize is not connected to any exam body, government, or website. Rules change every cycle, so read the current notice and use "Change" or Custom size if the numbers differ. PicToSize checks file size, format, and pixels only. It cannot check background, pose, or face position.
Where is my saved file?
"Save to Files" puts it where you chose in the Files app (for example On My iPhone). "Save to Photos" adds it to your library. In the upload form, tap the upload field and choose the file from Files or Photos.
Restore my purchase
Open the menu (•••) → Unlock PicToSize → Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought with. Family Sharing is not available for this purchase.
Free exports
Imports and previews are free. Your first 5 exports are free. An export counts when the final file is created, even if you then cancel saving. Deleting and reinstalling the app does not reset the count.
Privacy
Photos are processed on your device. See the privacy policy. You can also read it in the app: ••• → Privacy policy.
